Our portfolio is a testament to our commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. Each project we undertake is an opportunity to showcase the transformative power of 3D printing technology.
01
Hospitality / Hotel units
Mars House
The project consists of hotel units, each comprising two floors. The ground floor features a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the first floor houses a bedroom. The project encompasses 99 identical units, collectively forming a hotel situated in the desert. The concept of the hotel is designed to simulate life on Mars. The project was executed utilizing a prefabricated construction approach, wherein the units were manufactured through printing processes in a controlled factory environment and subsequently transported to the project site for assembly.

Chinese Style
This residential project embodies a distinctive private Chinese aesthetic, particularly evident on the first floor, which is designed in an authentic Chinese style. The wall design draws inspiration from Chinese reeds, adding a unique cultural element to the structure. The property encompasses a floor area of 120 square meters, complemented by an external garden and fence, seamlessly blending traditional motifs with contemporary living spaces. Every component of the residence, ranging from the structure itself to the surrounding fence and garden, was fabricated using printing technology. The printing was conducted using a prefabrication method to accommodate the challenging terrain of the region.

The People Behind the Print
A team of engineers, builders, and operators turning ambitious 3D construction visions into commissioned projects.
Hanz Salahi
Chief Executive Officer
Living in the UAE since [YEAR]. Founded BTI to bring large-format 3D construction printing to the region — a bet that started in a Dubai workshop and now runs as a commissioned printer fleet on real job sites.
The first time I watched a wall come out of one of our printers I just stood there for ten minutes. That's when I stopped doubting any of this.
Wael Kikhia
Director of Construction Technologies
Engineer behind every BTI printer that leaves the floor. Owns the technical roadmap from machine design through on-site commissioning, and believes the only honest test of a printer is the one that runs in 45°C heat without complaining.
A printer that prints in a lab is a demo. A printer that prints on a job site is a product.
Khalil Abu Khamis
Business Development Director
On the road most weeks meeting contractors, developers, and curious skeptics across the region. Closed BTI's first commercial deal, and most of the ones since, by treating every conversation as the start of a real project — not a sales call.
Half my job is selling printers. The other half is convincing my mother I'm not actually building the houses myself.
